How long will it take for my order to be shipped??
After placing your order, our team will begin making your bag or accessory. We require 6-7 days for production and 4-5 days for transit time from Africa. We then inspect your order to ensure that there was no damage during transit, then ship it to you. In total, your order will be shipped out within 2 weeks after you have placed it.
How will I know if my order has shipped??
You will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number once your order has shipped. We ask that you kindly check your spam box if you do not see this e-mail in your inbox before contacting us about shipping info.
Which carrier do you use to ship orders??
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our preferred shipping method. If you would like us to use an alternative carrier such as UPS or DHL, please leave a note in the ‘Notes’ section upon checkout.
Do you take any custom orders??
If we are not in peak shopping months, such as November and December, we will take custom order requests. In order to request a custom made bag, you must submit a full sketch of the design you have in mind. Our team will then respond letting you know whether it’s something that we can create with a price quote within 3 business days.
What can I do to preserve the life of my leather bag??
With each order, we will include a ‘care instruction’ card with detailed tips on how to best preserve the quality, look and life of your leather bag.
